Kettlebells in the Park is a weekly outdoor strength & conditioning class designed to challenge you, push your limits, and leave you feeling stronger, dynamic, and powerful every Saturday morning.
Each class is one hour of functional strength, power, speed, and core work built around kettlebells, bodyweight movement, plyometrics & agility, and technique drills, built to keep you progressing week after week. All fitness levels are welcome, and open to all.
Who this is for:
Men and Women, all levels (beginner to advanced), 18 years or older
Runners building strength and preventing injury
Anyone on a weight loss or strength journey
People ready to add athletic, dynamic movement to their training
Anyone wanting to get functionally stronger, build resilience, and move through life with more confidence
Come for the workout. Stay for the vibes.
