Meet Coach Chelsea

I graduated from Towson University with a BA in Psychology and Family Studies in 2019 and earned a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training certification in 2022.

I discovered kettlebell training in 2021, and it transformed not only my body but my entire career. Now, I help my clients build strong bodies with kettlebells, nutrition coaching, and more. I specialize in kettlebell training, nutrition coaching, functional training, strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility, rehabilitation, and general fitness for all fitness levels.

I'm especially passionate about educating women on the benefits of strength training with kettlebells and empowering them to become the best version of themselves. With personalized coaching and innovative, time-efficient programs, I help women overcome the fear of lifting kettlebells and heavy weights, build lean physiques, and stay injury-free.

One of the reasons I am so passionate about helping my clients train like a badass is because, from a very young age, I believed that my worth came from the approval of others and by dimming who I was to “protect” my image in front of others. With that came the constant struggle with my self-worth, confidence, and autonomy. Fitness became my passion and a safe place to challenge my body, develop my voice, become more confident, and empower myself to remove things that no longer served me. Now it is my goal for every woman I work with to move weights for life and build a strong, sexy body with a badass mindset!
