1:1 Hybrid Coaching Package

Hybrid Coaching combines the structure of guided sessions with the flexibility of independent training. It’s perfect if you want to train with me virtually or in-person (must be NYC local), while following a customized program between sessions. You’ll get personalized support, real-time feedback, and accountability to help you stay consistent and reach your goals.

A note for in-person training interest:

I am based in Uptown Manhattan, NYC (Inwood, Washington Heights, Harlem, and Riverdale BX). For clients located in Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn, you must be willing to travel to the West Village to meet for training.

What’s Included

  • 4 or 8 in-person or virtual training sessions each month (1x or 2x a week) with live coaching demos, cues, and feedback. Sessions will be from the program

  • Customized Training Plan: You’ll receive a structured program to follow weekly outside of your sessions, tailored to your goals, and with in-app video demos and coaching to keep you on track.

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan with calorie & macro guidance, macro-friendly recipes, and more

  • Direct messaging for any questions and follow-up via the Everfit App

  • Access to my On-Demand Library with exercise tutorials, nutrition education, and more

  • 1 Monthly Coaching Recap per month (30min): a private call or in-person check-in to talk through wins, struggles, and strategy for the weeks ahead

  • OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

    • Nutrition Coaching Calls (30-mins, bi-weekly via Zoom call)

    • Weekly Check-in Forms for extra accountability (in-app)

    • Progress Tracker (In-app tracker: check-in photos, measurements, weigh-ins)

    • Habit Tracker (In-app tracker: step count, water intake, track sleep, and more)

Designed for those who prefer flexibility and independence, Online Programming gives you a customized plan to reach your goals, expert guidance, and ongoing accountability, so you can train on your own schedule while staying connected to your coach for support, feedback, and progress tracking. Programming and coaching are delivered through the Everfit Training App.

What’s Included

  • Customized training program built around your goals, lifestyle, and equipment. The program is updated every 4 weeks.

  • Weekly Check-In and accountability forms with private coach feedback. Can opt-in for a weekly 30-minute check-in call via Zoom.

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan with calorie & macro guidance, macro-friendly recipes, and more

  • Direct message Coach anytime for questions and form checks access via the Everfit App

  • Access to my On-Demand Library with exercise tutorials, nutrition education, and more

Small + Large Group Training

Train stronger together! Small Group Coaching is perfect for friends, co-workers, or teams who want personalized coaching with the motivation and energy of a group setting. Each session is designed to meet your group’s fitness level and goals, offering the same high-quality programming, feedback, and accountability found in 1:1 coaching

Group Rates

  • 2–5 people: $100 per person per session

  • 6–9 people: $75 per person per session

  • 10+ people: $50 per person per session

Coaching packages can be purchased for 6, 8, 10, or 12 sessions at a time.
All group members must commit to the chosen time frame. Sessions must be used within a 12-week time period.

Private Wellness Events & Workshops

To hire me to coach at a wellness event or workshop, please email your inquiry to
chelseakleroy@chelsealeroycoaching.com for more information. Please be sure to include date(s), allotted time, and location of the event. For larger events, please submit your inquiry at least 3 months in advance.

    • 45 minutes - $99 (only available for virtual sessions)

    • 30 minutes - $75
