What’s Inside the Membership

Structured Training Programs

Follow along a structured training program designed to build strength, mobility, and endurance, complete with video demo tutorials and modifications to ensure every movement fits your needs as you progress. Programs run from 4 to 12 weeks and can be completed from home or the gym. All fitness levels are welcome!

Nutritional Guidance & Education

Get my written Nutrition Guide PLUS access to other helpful guides and videos with my top strategies to help you hit your nutrition goals, fuel your body for success, burn stubborn fat, and stay energized. All resources will be located in the on-demand library & resource center

Private Community Chat

Stay accountable and motivated with a supportive group of like-minded badass women ready to cheer you on every step of the way, plus you can ask any questions you may have regarding your exercise form and nutrition!

LIVE Virtual Group Classes

Join me live every week for a Virtual Group Workout (typically every Thursday at 7am) to get your sweat on and receive real-time coaching corrections and cues. Each call will cover one of the workouts from the current program to help you confidently progress through the program. Recorded calls are available in the On-Demand Library.

On-Demand Library

Access a growing library of foundational movement pattern demos, kettlebell skills tutorials, nutritional education, and additional resources to aid in your stress management, sleep quality, and recovery, so you keep learning and progressing at your own pace.

Badazz Bellz Training Philosophy

Build a Resilient Body From ANYWHERE

You can build a strong, sexy, and pain-free body from the comfort of your home or at the gym. All programming focuses on the 7 Essential Movement Patterns: Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Press, Pull, and Core, as well as the Foundational Kettlebell Skills: Swing, Clean, Snatch, and Turkish Get-Up. All these combined are the perfect recipe to becoming functional and confident!

Eat To Nourish

Food is meant for 2 main services: To fuel our bodies so we can have the energy to do the things we say we’d do, and secondly, for enjoyment. I believe in Adopting an 80/20 approach. I promote that we should be eating a diet mainly from whole foods while still being allowed TREAT meals. This philosophy encourages a balanced and sustainable mindset toward eating, free from restrictive or all-or-nothing thinking.

This is a quote that I strongly believe in because the mind is a very powerful tool that can be used to overcome any limiting beliefs, internal doubt, and excuses we give ourselves for where we are.
