If you’re tired of following workouts that don’t support you beyond the screen, this coaching experience is for you. Inside Badazz Bellz Coaching, we focus on building a resilient body, strengthening your mindset, and creating routines that support your real life through intentional strength training, practical nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability.

With structured coaching phases throughout the year, you’ll be guided, not just programmed, so you can train with purpose, fuel your body with confidence, and build habits that actually last. Whether you’re breaking through a plateau or ready to stop starting over, this is a space designed to help you train smarter, feel stronger, and show up differently both physically and mentally.

You’ll train with structure, receive practical nutrition guidance, and be supported with accountability that helps consistency stick. Instead of guessing or relying on motivation, you’ll build habits, confidence, and momentum that last.

This isn’t just a plan, it’s coaching that meets you where you are and helps you move forward, physically and mentally.

How it Works:

🤝 Join a Program Cycle: You’ll train inside a small, intentional group so you’re supported, accountable, and not doing this alone.

🏋️‍♀️ Train with Structure: Follow intentional strength training designed to help you get stronger, move better, and build confidence, without guesswork.

🧠 Get Coached, Not Just Programmed: Receive ongoing guidance around training, nutrition, habits, and mindset so you can stay consistent even when motivation dips. You can even send video for movement feedback

🔁 Build Momentum That Lasts: Each coaching phase builds on the last, helping you create habits, strength, and routines that support your real life, not just a short-term goal.

What’s Included in Monthly Coaching

Inside Badazz Bellz Coaching, you’re not just getting workouts you’re stepping into a fully supported coaching experience designed to help you build strength, consistency, and confidence.

Each month includes:

  • Small, intentional cohorts that provide accountability, support, and real coaching, not just access.

  • You’ll receive a 3-day written program. Two of the days are to be completed on your own time, and one day will be live weekly via zoom with the rest of the group. All programs are designed to progress over each 6 week training block designed to help you get stronger, move better, and train with confidence.

  • Get my written Nutrition Guide PLUS access to other helpful guides and videos with my top strategies to help you hit your nutrition goals, fuel your body for success, burn stubborn fat, and stay energized. All resources will be located in the on-demand library & resource center

  • Simple tools to track your habits, training progress, and wins beyond the scale.

  • Regular touchpoints to keep you supported, focused, and moving forward throughout the coaching cycle.

  • Ask questions, get clarity, and receive guidance as you move through the program.

  • Train alongside women who are equally invested in showing up, growing stronger, and doing the work.

Coaching & Support

This isn’t a program you do alone. You’ll follow along a program while being supported with live sessions designed to help you refine your skills, build confidence, and progress through each training phase.

  • Weekly Group Check-In / Coaching Call (via Zoom) - 1x per week on Sundays
    A dedicated space to reflect on the week, set intentions for the week ahead, celebrate wins, work through challenges, and receive coaching support around training, nutrition, and mindset—so you stay supported, consistent, and moving forward.

  • Weekly Live Workouts (via Zoom) – 1x per week (Fridays or Saturdays AM)
    Train alongside the group while receiving real-time coaching, cues, and corrections from Coach Chelsea. Each session focuses on one workout from the current program to help you move better and train with intention.

  • Monthly Live Workshops + Q&A (via Zoom) – 1x per month (Date/Times TBA)
    These sessions are designed to provide practical education and serve as a check-in point to support your progress with movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset.

Can’t make it live? All sessions are recorded and uploaded the same day so you can stay on track on your own schedule.

Badazz Bellz Coaching is a premium, small-group coaching experience designed for women who are ready to commit to real change.

A 3-month minimum commitment is required.

This commitment isn’t about locking you in, it’s about giving you the time, structure, and support needed to build strength, consistency, and confidence that actually lasts.

Once you submit your application, here’s what to expect:

    This helps ensure Badazz Bellz Coaching is the right fit for where you’re at and what you’re looking for.

  2. You’ll hear from me directly.
    If it looks aligned, I’ll reach out with next steps and details on enrollment.

  3. We get you set up for success.
    Once accepted, you’ll receive onboarding details, access to the coaching platform, and clear guidance on how to get started.

This process allows us to keep the group supportive, intentional, and focused so everyone inside is committed and ready to show up.

  • Badazz Bellz Coaching is a high-touch small-group coaching experience. You’ll receive guidance, accountability, and support within a coached group environment designed to help you stay consistent and make real progress.

  • That’s completely normal. The 3-month commitment exists to give you the time and support needed to build momentum and see meaningful results. Most clients find that consistency, not motivation, is what finally makes things click.

  • No. You don’t need to be advanced, you just need to be ready to show up. Coaching, guidance, and structure are provided to meet you where you are.

  • This program is designed for real life. You’ll have structure and support without needing to train every day or overhaul your entire routine.

  • Yes. Coaching includes guidance around nutrition, macros, and habits to support your training and overall progress.

  • During the intermission, or “off-season”, between training cycles, you’ll follow a guided deload phase designed to support recovery and prepare your body for the next training block.

    This is also the open enrollment period for new members to join the program

  • Spots are limited to 10 max to keep the coaching experience personal and supportive. Once the group is full, applications will close.

  • If you’re ready to stop starting over and want structure, accountability, and coaching to help you move forward, this is likely a great fit. Applying is the first step to finding out.

  • Due to the nature of coaching services, digital program delivery, and respect of the coach services all sales are final and no refunds are provided once enrollment is confirmed.

    Badazz Bellz Coaching operates on a 3-month commitment, and clients are responsible for all payments associated with that commitment, regardless of participation level.

    Cancellation

    • You may cancel future renewals after completing your initial 3-month commitment.

    • To cancel, you must submit a written request via email at least 3 days before your next billing date.

    • Cancellations submitted after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.

    Missed Sessions

    • Live calls and workouts are recorded and made available for replay.

    • Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.

    Program Changes

    Badazz Bellz Coaching reserves the right to make updates or adjustments to programming, scheduling, or delivery methods to best support the group experience and coaching quality.

    By enrolling in Badazz Bellz Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  • Badazz Bellz Coaching is built around consistency and commitment. However, I do understand that unexpected life circumstances can arise.

    Pause Requests

    • Membership pauses may be requested for serious or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., medical issues, injury, family emergency).

    • Pause requests must be submitted in writing via email and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    • Approval of a pause is not guaranteed and is granted at the discretion of Coach Chelsea.

    Important Notes

    • Memberships cannot be paused during the initial 3-month commitment period.

    • If a pause is approved after the initial commitment is completed, it may be granted for up to one coaching cycle (maximum of 6 weeks).

    • During a paused period, access to live calls, community spaces, and new programming may be temporarily restricted.

    Billing During a Pause

    • Billing will be suspended only if a pause is formally approved in advance.

    • Retroactive pauses or refunds will not be granted.

    Resuming Coaching

    • Once the pause period ends, your membership will automatically resume at your previously agreed-upon rate unless otherwise stated in writing.

    This policy exists to maintain the integrity of the coaching experience while offering flexibility when truly needed.
