Food is fuel, nourishment, and enjoyment. Adopting an 80/20 approach, this philosophy encourages a balanced, sustainable mindset toward eating, free from restrictive or all-or-nothing thinking.

Kettlebells are a versatile tool that help build strength, endurance, and functional movement. While kettlebells are the focus of the skill-work portion of the programs, additional equipment such as bands, dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises will be added for variety, progression, and to meet all strength demands.

Absolutely! The program is designed for all levels, with video tutorials, modifications, and guidance to help beginners build a strong foundation and confidence with kettlebells.
If you need a more hands-on approach, I suggest starting off applying for Badazz Bellz 1:1 (click here for application) so we can navigate personalizing the program to your needs with form, nutrition, and any other limiting factors (such as injuries) that you are coming into the program with. -

No, there are 8 different 6-week programs ran throughout the year, each with a different focus. Some programs will build on one another, but you’ll never repeat the same one.

The programs follow a 3-day workout split, with each session lasting about 30-45 minutes, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.

For all Tier 2 & 3 members, ALL live sessions are recorded and will be available in the OnDemand Library so you can access them at your convenience.

Tier 1 and 2 memberships include features such as group support, Q&A coaching calls, and direct messaging for your support.

Tier 1 & 2 membership are month-to-month with no commitment, giving you the flexibility to stay as long as it fits your needs.
While there is no minimum commitment, I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND committing for at least 3-4 months before deciding to leave the program to give yourself adequate time to see progress.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We’d absolutely hate to see you go! But you can cancel at any time within the Everfit app.
MEMBERSHIP PAUSE:
To PAUSE your membership, please send your request to chelseakleroy@chelsealeroycoaching.com with the subject line "Membership Pause", your reasoning for the pause, and the timeframe of the pause. Please note: Pausing a membership can only be done in 1-3 month increments, no more than twice a year.
REFUND POLICY:
All Sales are FINAL, and NO REFUNDS will be issued out of respect for the work of the coach.
